Visibility always a good idea both night (Menpachi fishermen) and day.  Visi Carbon Pro addresses this need very well.

Great idea....although it seems all these companys are really trying to capitalize on one of the newest "extreme sports."  $89 seems a little pricey for something you could make yourself.  Too rich for my blood.  Maybe take out the tent poles for a small tent...the ones that collapse and rig something up.  Thanks for the site Uncle Ji.

very cool for sure, but way too expensive. Sure it's a saftey thing but you know what! if you no can afford, then you no can afford simple as that! I use a diver down flag, which what sprayed with orange marking paint, mounted on a broken fishing rod, bungee'd to my cooler, seriously! ;D
