Slow day yesterday until later in the afternoon. Hooked a 30+ ulua in the morning then nothing. Watched waimeakauai pick up 2 nice sized onos right next to me and he ended up paddling in since they couldn't fit in his bag. Worked the area solo for a while and took a double strike sail. Radioed jluke but he was over 1.5 miles away so I had no choice but to go at it solo. After some sketchy moments was able to land both. Good day on the water with even better partners.

Day 24 with jluke today. Got to the beach, unloaded everything, good thing noticed my drain plug missing. Finally got in the water by 830, caught the ulua by 915 and had to paddle right back in. Got another CNR Ulua later in the day after dropping off the first one. Ulua kicked my SNUFFLEUPAGUS.  I'm tired.

Same to you champ! Went Sat and Sun for a couple hours each day since wind was nuts. Had to make a choice to claim Sat or Sun and ended up claiming Sunday.....I suck at making the right decision ;D. Ono on Sat and goats on Sun.
