Day 3 in the books. Got lucky early with the shibi. Took a good strike later only to have it tangle in the lever drag and pull my knot. Guess I should have checked it after tying. Oh well. Rod holder kind of broke as a result causing a big potential leak. Fought the wind and current back to the launch. Tried for a second fish to no avail. Slow and steady...

Shibi 30 lbs = 45 pts
Sent weight video to Ike

Day 3 total: 45 pts

Total points: 130 pts

Did NOT have a good day today. Everything seemed to go wrong from even before I went out today. Oh well. Points nonetheless.

Day 4
C&R points
Weke ula= 8 pts
Weke ula= 8 pts

Total points 146 pts.

Not sure if I scored wrong. Goats are 6 pts plus 2 for C&R? Correct me if I'm wrong.

Just looked at a 61 lb Ulua I had gyotaku'ed. Taped to 44 in fork length. Wondering if my ulua was bigger? Definitely looks like it in the video despite the go pro making fish look bigger. Anyone have insight to length to wt ratios?

Waimeakauai had a calculator, but I just looked up one online that says the fish could be 50-60 lbs. Can I get an official ruling?

Pretty sure the document growth table is counted as legit here. Just provide the pics and u shouldn't get problems. 64 pounds is a donkey for sure.

Ok so I guess we are gonna go with a 60lber to be conservative since a 44 in ulua would be around 64lbs. Score guys can change it or contact me if need be. I will update the latest report to show the new score. Thanks.
