You can only claim 2 fish unless it's part of the bonus points and stuff

Lyle,
Thank you.  I thought there was a two fish limit for counting.  Before I posted yesterday, I reviewed the RULES that says "A maximum of five fish my be reported per day."  And the scoring example shows 4 fish without any caveats or explanation.  None the less, I am sure the rule is somewhere and you are correct.

SCOREKEEPER PLEASE NOTE:  My Day 2 total, and cumulative total through Day 2, should be 20+5=25.  (not 35).

Aloha Ed,

For clarity, there is a possibility of scoring 5 fish on a claimed day.  Generally, you are limited to 2 fish per day, unless your fish qualify for bonus scoring rules.  There is a possibility of scoring a 5 of a kind, straight, flush, full house, or the MM straight.  Each set allows up to 5 fish based on the requirements for the bonus set.  You can only claim a max of 5 fish, if you qualify for one of those bonus sets.

Hope that helps.

Super day of low wind and small waves on the North Shore.
Strong opelu bite all morning.  Several strikes and one long hookup/broken line , one CNR but failed to get photo, so at end of a good day on the water:

Zero Points for Day 3
