Craziest/scariest story on the water?
Solo trip to the west
side ended up in the Ka'ena point rip, the body was starting to cramp up,
thought I wasn't going to make it for a few moments.
Favorite Fish to catch?
Big Mahi.
How did you get into this sport?
From many shoreline fishing white washes. Looking for
a cheap boat, I was inspired by and tutored by Steve Heusser.

What would you tell
someone who is thinking of getting into kayak fishing?
Start by getting all
your safety stuff first. Learn from the awesome anglers on the AH forum.
What do you want to be remembered for
in this sport?
I want to be remembered as a good man before anything
else in life. In kayak fishing I want to be remembered for my contributions in
helping to inspire others. I also hope to be remembered as a strong competitor,
a good paddler, and a solid fisherman.

Boost um especially in tournaments helps me to get a
bait back in the water quickly.
